Your Rights Over Your Data

6. Right to Object

You have the right to object to certain types of data processing, including marketing communications and profiling.

How to exercise this right: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or contact us at privacy@hearo.com to object to other types of processing.

7. Right to Withdraw Consent

If we process your data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

How to exercise this right: Contact us at privacy@hearo.com to withdraw your consent. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe we have violated your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Exercising Your Rights

• Your email address associated with your Hearo account
• A description of your request
• Any supporting documentation

We will respond to your request within 30 days. If your request is complex, we may extend this period by up to two additional months.

10. No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your data protection rights. You will continue to have access to all Hearo services and features regardless of whether you exercise these rights.
