How do I create an account?
Visit our website and click "Sign Up." Enter your email address, create a password, and complete your profile. You can also sign up using your social media accounts for faster registration.
Is Hearo free?
Yes, Hearo is completely free to use. You only need valid subscriptions to the streaming services you want to watch (Netflix, Disney+, etc.).
What streaming services does Hearo support?
Hearo works with major streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, YouTube, and many others. You need active subscriptions to these services to watch content through them.
Using Hearo
How do I create a room?
Click the "Create Room" button, give your room a name, select the streaming service you want to use, and choose the content. You can then invite friends to join your room.
How do I join a room?
You can join rooms by accepting invitations from friends or browsing public rooms in the community section. Click "Join" to enter a room.
Can I watch with people I don't know?
Yes! You can join public rooms and watch with other Hearo users. You can also create private rooms and invite only your friends.
How many people can join a room?
Rooms can accommodate multiple users. The exact number depends on your streaming service's terms of service regarding simultaneous streams.
Can I chat while watching?
Yes! Hearo includes a chat feature so you can communicate with other viewers in real-time while watching content.
